Lucent is proud to announce that it has been named 'New Development Player of the Year' at the Annual REA Excellence Awards (AREAs).

Recognising the most innovative, community-minded and highest-achieving individuals and businesses in property and media, the awards were presented across the categories of innovation, service & marketing excellence and community.

The prestigious accolade, which asserts Lucent’s position as a game-changer in the property industry, was awarded in Sydney on 15 November 2018.

Following the awards ceremony, Panos Miltiadou, managing director of Lucent, commented that he and his team were delighted to be recognised for their work in creating community focused, transparent and legacy driven developments.
